Cozumel Collective Whitelisting Guide

To ensure you continue receiving our newsletters and updates without interruption, please whitelist our email address. Follow the steps below based on your email provider.

Supported Email Providers

Gmail

  1. Open an Email from Us:

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Click the down-pointing triangle next to the Reply button.

    • Select "Add [email protected] to Contacts".

  3. Move to Primary Tab:

    • Drag the email to the Primary tab in your inbox.

    • Future emails from us will appear in your Primary tab.

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Open the Email:

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Click "Add to contacts" next to our email address.

  3. Save Contact:

    • Optionally, add more information and click "Save".

Outlook (Web, 2016, 2019, Office 365)

  1. Open an Email from Us:

  2. Add to Safe Senders:

    • Right-click on the email.

    • Select "Junk" > "Never Block Sender".

  3. Confirm Addition:

    • Our email address will be added to your Safe Senders list.

Apple Mail (iCloud)

  1. Open the Email:

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Click on our email address in the header.

    • Select "Add to Contacts".

AOL Mail

  1. Access Contacts:

    • Click "Contacts" in the right toolbar.

  2. Add New Contact:

    • Click "Add Contact".

  3. Enter Details:

  4. Save Contact:

    • Click "Add Contact" to finish.

Comcast

  1. Go to Preferences:

    • Click "Preferences" from the menu.

  2. Restrict Incoming Email:

    • Select "Restrict Incoming Email".

    • Click "Yes" to enable controls.

  3. Allow Specific Email:

Other Email Providers

If you're using a different email service, adding [email protected] to your contacts or address book should help ensure our emails reach your inbox. Refer to your email provider's support page for specific instructions.

Mobile Devices

iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)

  1. Open the Email:

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Tap the sender's name or email address.

    • Select "Add to Existing Contact" or "Create New Contact".

Android Devices

  1. Open the Email:

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Tap the sender's name or email address.

    • Select "Add to Contacts".

Desktop Email Clients

Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Later

  1. Open the Email:

  2. Add to Safe Senders:

    • Right-click on the email.

    • Select "Junk" > "Never Block Sender".

Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Open the Email:

  2. Add to Address Book:

    • Click "Add to Address Book" from the toolbar.
